Medvedev APP Terms of Service

The App is used to manage Google Ads accounts through the Google Ads API and to give clients access to performance reports for their own advertising accounts. Campaigns are managed only by the owner, for accounts he manages under agreements with their owners.

• The owner connects Google Ads through Google sign-in (OAuth). The App works only with accounts the owner already has permissions for and does not extend these permissions or bypass Google’s access controls.
• Client users are created only by the owner; there is no public registration. A client signs in with a one-time code sent to their email and sees only the advertising accounts the owner has granted them, in read-only mode.
• You must keep access to your email secure and must not share your access with third parties. The owner may disable access at any time, including when cooperation ends.

• Changes to advertising campaigns (launches, budgets, bids) are made in agreement with the account owner.
• Advertising is paid directly to Google under the terms of the Google Ads account.
• Reports in the App are based on data from Google Ads and may be updated with a delay; the Google Ads account remains the source of truth.
• The App is provided “as is”; use of Google Ads is governed by the Google Ads terms.
